eBay Reports Security Breach and Asks Users to Change Passwords

eBay is asking us to change password "on or after may 21st". Well duh, I can't change it on the 17th unless I go back in time. I got this notice on the 21st and I'm log in 25 times per day.

Ebay breach would mean paypal too since they are interlinked.
