From one Chris to another. I sure "liked" mine alot.That is

til a friend just "had to have it" a week ago! So I plan on getting another. Great RX and TX both.Adding extras(channels) wasn't too difficult either.Next one I get I'm gonna

put the viagra board in it and try it again instead of the switches for the extras tho. I've had GREAT support from Ray @ Galaxy too! Every manufacturer should have this kind of customer support! Good Luck sir.

from what I understand,those four radios use the exact same board in them. Only differences being base/mobile and cosmetic appearances. If you guys want one,check out

12volts site,quackshack cb shop.He's got them for $259.99!!

That's where I'm gonna get mine in a few weeks.I believe he

told me shipping is around $20 or so.That's really reasonable.

Hey chrismoll have you tried ssb on your 2547? I got mine a month ago and just the other night I tried ssb and its way of frequency so I sent it back to be fixed . I am hoping to get it back this weekend. ron44613

I got mine fromm the Quackshack with p&t, alightment, and expansion. I have'nt had a problem with mine and mine is OK.

I have been thinking about getting one of those radios for a while now and I eventually will once I start getting rid of a bunch of these radios I have here now.
