Should match up with the Galaxy DX11B schemo from CB Tricks. Pin 54 is receive-only 8-Volt power from R141. If the red wire goes to the clockwise lug of the rear half of the clarifier control, this is where it was connected. To make the receiver and transmit frequencies "lock" together on the Fine knob, put this wire back to 54. Don't have to put it back into the plug, just strip the end and solder to the solder side of the pc board, the pad under #54. Remove R141 and D38. Add a 100-ohm quarter-watt resistor, one end in the side of where R141 was that leads to pin 54. The other end of the resistor goes to the foil trace that runs along the frontmost edge of the pc board. Has a continuous 8 Volts on it. This way when you tune in another station on sideband, he'll hear you on the same frequency. The factory setup would split the transmit and receiver frequencies apart, making it a pain to use on sideband.
