I hope this is simply for nostalgic or collector's reasons. I had one of those and I could never get the tx working properly... finally sent it to an 'expert' and it took him 8 months to figure out one that the hookup of the transistors was incorrectly silkscreened on the PCB, and was also incorrect on the schematic. $80 later (and that was kind), the radio had the typical Cybernet chassis performance, and absolutely NO adjacent channel rejection. Reminded me of one of those Sparkomatic/Craig "CB Receivers" that were sold in the heyday that would pass any signal to the speaker in or near the CB band.
