I just wanted to pass this along. I ordered a DR-06T from HRO last month and it had to be back ordered. A rep. from HRO took the time to call me today and let me know the radio was on the way. Not many companies of any kind would do that, that was very nice of them to do that.
 

I've bought waaaaaaaaaaay too much stuff from them as there are two stores within driving distance of me. Their customer service and friendliness is next to none.
 
I have been to HRO in Salem N.H. several times,too many times according to my wife actually. I have always had good luck with them including the time I ordered an antenna and said I would pick it up on my way past the store.I live in Nova Scotia Canada BTW. :shock: They said they do not get many "will pick up" orders from VE1's. :LOL:
