Hurricane Damage Zone

Anyone of our friends stuck in the hurricane damage zone. We are all praying for recovery for all friends and family. My understanding is this is the worst natural disaster in US in that I can recall in my lifetime.

@TheRealPorkchop lives somewhere in the eastern part of North Carolina I believe. I haven't seen him here in a while, maybe he will stop by and let us know that he is ok.

Fema suggests that people keep 3 days of food and water on hand at all times. But as we are witnessing, the survivors of Helene have been two weeks and FEMA response has been basically non-existent. And the authorities have been actively preventing citizens from giving aid.... Thankfully the National Guard has just been deployed so hopefully people will get the help they need.
