Hustler Trumpet 27-T Colinear Base Station Antenna

Anybody ever own or know anything about this .64 wavelength omni base station antenna?

I think it's similar to the Hustler "Super Swamper" antenna.

This antenna is not listed at CB Tricks and a Google search was fruitless. I guess this must be an oddball antenna from the 70s with very low production numbers.

sold a few of those in the hey ays 77-79 they were nos and the box had the referenced company & address on the box also the texas hustler company made the g-25-37
&g37-54 that were similiar in the 80's

Can you remember any of the specs. for the Trumpet?

I think it's similar to the Hustler "Super Swamper" antenna.

It should be a standard 5/8 in length. Try setting the length to about 22' 4" from the top of the radial plate or the top of the mounting bracket and see if that doesn't get you a flat SWR.
Radials should be about 8' 10".
