i got a question about yaesu ftm 200dr

if i get on wires x, does the radio automaticly shift to low power?
i called yaHOO service never got a reply. im using the scu 58 cable connected to my hp laptop. hopefully i get a reply too because i ask about older radios ya'll say too old for anybody.well this radio started being sold april this year .

had to do deep r and d.yaehoo cant answer anything about their radios.
this 1 doesnt transmit out the so 239 when connected to wires x
