They are blowing the heat out of the amp. Happy DXing
Just noticed your vents are slots and mine are round holes in a chrome top. Try it with glue first unless your holes line up with the slots.

the way they are in the pic when amp is on after and talking on it i feel the heat been push out from the sides and bottom
Flip your fans over so the heat comes out the top. Hot air Rises and you will be hastening it along. You don't want to push the heat back into you components.
Can't remember anyone selling suppressor chokes other than Ameritron. And theirs are built on a circuit board.
