I have a Icom (i can only moniter) 25A that has two problems. To turn it on you have to turn the switch on twice, it receives great and keys 25 watts but has no audio ? DK Mods does not have what I am looking for, anyone have any ideas ?

By reading the above I am assuming that the receive audio is present ? If it is your Tx audio the first thing I would check is the wires in the Mic connector. If there is no audio in receive I would try hooking an external speaker to it and see if it works.
