When I first saw the name of the song I thought they'd heard about me. Turns out it's just about Cthulu:
Back in the day, I had a boss that was in Vietnam. He told me a story about Agent Orange, in the beginning, the ill effects were not known. It was called Agent Orange because it was orange in color and would dye your skin if you got it on you.
So in celebration for people who were going home, it was funny to dunk them in a tank of Orange, because they would be orange when they got home...
