I am amazed at the price of used radios these days.
I like the 6247, had a few back in the day.
A nice one right now I would give $75 bucks for....
I am a cheapskate.

Was a nice courier classic II on fleabay yesterday.wanted 1 from very first 1 i seen new in radio store. Price on e.b. Was ok,i bidded n boom everybody bidded .i got 1 bid in n it was non stop biding n just a purdy 23 channel used radio.

Apparently the other bidder didn't expect his auto bid to go so high.... So it's back down to a reasonable price....so far. But there's still 4 days.

when i bid and as soon as bid hits n says out bidded i stop.

Yeah, they put in the max amount they're willing to spend and it will continually outbid someone until someone's bid exceeds it.
