Looking for Turner Plus Three B

There doesn't seem to be many around. I have this one I just contacted 1118 in Louisiana on just this moment and got good reports. I have it hooked to a Stalker IX 80 channel, stock.
It has some blemishes, but not as bad as it looks in the pics. Mostly just some chips around the edges.
Just made contact with a gentleman in NC, good audio reports...I may keep it hooked up for a while.
Looks like the glue on the label is getting a little loose around the edges, it may even be a protective cover for the lettering, I havne't or won't pull it off to see though..
I keep all my equipment in my house, in the back room with my radios and computer.
Anyway it is what it is.

I appreciate the response, Smokinone, but I'm actually looking for one in much better shape, cosmetically. I want to try to collect about 4 or 5 pristine Plus Three Bs to use as a background for my station.

Not to rain on this parade, but the crinkle-texture paint on the Plus Three/SSK mike is just soft. Unless the mike spent its life in a carton there will be dings.

The display you mention might well require making friends with someone who has a media blaster and does powder coating.

A mike that has any mileage will bear some number of scuffs.

Greg I'm curious what you mean by "background for my station". Are you making CB YouTube videos? Or do you just mean for room decoration?

The background for my station is an ugly wall with some QSL cards and other important pieces of radio-related paper tacked to it LOL!

A little more digging and found this one. About as good as it gets. Has a few very minor scuffs. In the box with all the original paperwork, wired 4 pin cobra.
Like to get like $200

Man for a classic of it's age, that's a really clean one. A keeper for whoever ends up owning it.

That's a sweet piece right there. A bit more than I can comfortably go, though. I would make an offer but I don't want to insult you. Social Security, you know?

My radio faces a corner on my bench. so, I'd like to line both walls with nice turners. I currently have a SSK, A Plus Three and two Plus Three Bs. I use a Plus Three B so I'd like to end up replacing the SSX and regular Pluss three with Bs. I also need a new reed pile for one of the Bs. It's the three contact with the nylon spacer in it. Can't find one of those, either.
