My first Cobra 200GTL an absolute nightmare

Still runing my 200. Its works great and the audio clarity is great. The only current thing I dont like about the radio is that the clarifier does not track with the frequency counter after a certain amount of rotation. Also did not buy the radio froma hack shop. I got it unconverted and did it myself to eliminate the possible hack.
 
well so far not to bad on mine...just waiting on the power MosFet
it rev3 PCB which is the newest board with built in tackback-ohhhhh! through the echo board..not a bad board for doing mods..thank god for my pencil tip soldering gun:P
damm what a heavy unit.. it came with the 2-2290's and the 120ohm resistors installed ...(didn't have to converted it) for the price not a bad unit and everything is easy to get to...till next update ..once again

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
