Need mic wiring info

I had a wiring chart from Astatic but cannot find it now. I purchased an adaptor from workman #c4p5c 4 pin male to 5 pin female. My Uniden Washington has a 5 pin mic connector and I need to know what the wiring diagram is so I can hook my (4 pin) D104 up correctly. Your help will be appreciated. pin 1 = shield
pin 2 = audio
pin 3 = transmit
pin 4 = receive
color codes mean nothing
audio wire is shielded regardless of color
