New President Walker radio

Says it right on the promo page, about halfway down.

"- Mic type electret / dynamic"

Wonder what took them so long to figure out something this simple?

Hmmm. Can't link directly to the USA-legal "FCC" version's web page.

Here's the european version.

Nope, that link wouldn't work, either. You'll just have to Gargle it yourself.

I want a keeper radio. Bring me an awesome 10 meter all mode rig with 11 meter goodness. Adding 12 meters be welcomed, too.

It just ain't gonna happen with the cheaper Ham radios on the market today. By an FT 891 and be done with it!
Smaller, more powerful and more features than any export CB you will ever see. And more expensive too, but not too much. Remote head means it can fit anywhere in your vehicle.

I got one of those Dave, but I still want President to make me one. Yer spoiling my fantasy.

I'm just waiting for a chipswitch type mod for my President McKinley for 10-12 meters and I'm all good, won't need another radio for a long time. I really like my Lincoln II but my McKinley is the radio I want to use for everything.

Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
