I figured it may be a slim chance due to the age of the original part. But in the end, I guess a slim chance is better than no chance.

I just bought a similar amp that uses the same type for parts. It works just looks like hell so ill use them pills in my other one that needs them.

Its fixed. Instslled two pt9784 transistors and it works. Only needs a watt or two for full output.

Hey Dmans, any info on a PT9839 ? I have a small box going in for service and anticipating that the transistors will be shot. 450A, 453A and 454A all seem to be available, curious which, if any, would be a replacement option.
