The listing for "H" says the output frequency is 16.115 MHz. This suggests a crystal frequency 5 MHz lower, 11 MHz plus a little.
If your crystal is marked 16.115, I'll be surprised. That would get you an output frequency above 21 MHz.
Sounds like the "H" version should work on the SSB Mark 3 transmitter the way it is. A tweak to the dial-calibrate trimcap should be all the conversion it would need.
