Just happen to find one with a nonworking display but only get analog. Less than $50. with software, programing cable, antenna.

Well got the scanner don't know if it can be fixed. The guy tried to fix the ribbion cable buy removing it and soldering a crap load of wires to replace it. Didn't work he said. A shame but I only have $42 in it and also got a programming cable(20-047) & driver disc with it, now I have two. I'll order a new ribbion cable and see if I can make it work. If not it will make a good parts radio. It looks like brand new. I don't know why he didn't take it to ratshack and let them fix it.
