Radioddity QT-80 Bummer

When I try to write data to my AT-6666 Pro, I get the following error message:
QXCodePro3
Model Error.
Radio:RF-DSP

SOLVED!

Stupid me. I pushed MEM and Channel knob instead of EMG and Channel knob

I thought only guys like me done that ! LOL All joking aside I'm glad you figured it out. My biggest worry is doing something I can't fix and end up with more junk for the heap. That gets expensive and lord knows I don't have money to spare. LOL

Glad I discovered this post,as it sounds similar to a a problem I'm having with my 2ea. Q6Pros in a mobile application. Sounds like I should have waited until the bugs were worked out to purchase these radios. Dummy Me ! LOL
You can easily do the patch with the software Pez provided! It really isn't rocket science.....just follow the instructions carefully and you'll be fine. It only takes a couple minutes of time to do it.

Hi all,

Attached is BETA firmware for the AT-6666PRO which is aimed at solving the SSB mode "HI SWR" issue. It is based on the latest V1.01 (it adds no new features, so if you are not having this issue with your radio, then there is no need to apply this update).

PDF update instructions are included in the file.

Please let me know if this update resolves the issue for you. Feedback is needed and appreciated.

I tried the new firmware, and it seems to have fixed the fluctuating SWR. But I also changed the antenna setup completely, removed the mag mount sirio 5000 and replaced with a four foot FireStik on the back of the bed. I came to the conclusion that my main problem was RF in the audio, and when I removed the sirio it had water in the so connector. The FireStik fixed the audio and the patch fixed the swr. Thanks!
