Yeah, that's the kind of "aggregator" where we bought the last batch of 200 MC145106 for building synthesizers here. The actual stock came from more than one source. Date codes were all over the place, but who cares about that?
Yep, if you're willing to scrape the bottom of the barrel, there are outfits who will find those barrels for you.
And the minimum for our last buy was 200 pieces. Good thing we needed that many.

I worked with someone that got several hundred old Motorola ICs from them
They bought the rights for many of the components from what I understand and are manufacturing them now.
I am pretty sure that batch had their logo and part number on them.
