Actually it a Galaxy saturn turbo (but they are the same)

Alright, Ive hit a snag in my board swap project..... I have the 2950 board installed and most of the conversion jumpers I am aware of taken care of.

Speaker works as it should
Squelch works as it should
Echo board is out of line (for troubleshooting reasons, as of now)
All buttons on the pad work as they should
Recieve is in good working order
Most of the knobs also work as they should (although this topic deals with the "Mic gain portion" perhaps.

Whats NOT working....

I dont have hardly any audio at all.....but have a STRONG roger beep signal in my watt meter.
The meters also seem to reflect the low power output.
When I turn my mike gain knob past the halfway mark I get a 10 watt deadkey.....not sure if it is a feedback issue or not.
I have left the 2950 SWR board installed on the replacement board, Im just wondering if this would have anything to do with my low power output as it samples transmitted signal ?

Any ideas on what could be causing my low power output ? The board put out full output in the 2950 before the swap.
