You can use ferrite core to block RF coming into the mic, and 10nF ceramic capacitors blocking signal wires to the ground.
And get rid of mag mount

Any mic can squeal if it is turned up too high.
And/or the mic gain on the radio is also turned up too high as well...
Lotsa things can make a mic squeal - you need to start eliminating the possibillities one by one.
Start with lowering the gain on the mic, then on the radio.
Maybe you need to ground your radio and power supply.
Make sure the mic has a good ground - no broken wires at the mic plug.
Battery going bad in the mic can do that too.
If the radio sqeals with 2 or 3 different mics; then you have to say that the radio is at fault...
