Reduce splatter of tx on Yaesu FT-817

To reduce splatters of TX, 200KHz around carrier, simply add 100nF capacitor.

Or, just reduce the mic gain and get rid of the processor. That's the simplest way of reducing 'splatter'.

turn things down a little. everyone is so obsessed with swing.
and mega mods. just use the radio stock. no more splatter.
