A while back, one of my more dependable second-source (surplus) suppliers closed their doors. All Electronics was consistently easy to browse and usually had something I needed. But no more. They're closed and gone forever. In fairness, a group of their employees have taken up the torch, so to speak.

And another one I have depended on for decades was in Florida. Marlin P Jones Associates, aka MPJA has also closed their doors. Says their remaining inventory went to an outfit called Skycraft Surplus.
