Religion has absolutely NOTHING to do with healthcare. BTW I do not scoff at religion nor do I have a profound faith in it either. It is what it is and if it works for someone then it works for them and that is great. Everyone is different and has different ideals, beliefs and faiths and it is up to them to believe what they want to and nobody else's business to convince them of anything otherwise.
Maybe I am misreading something but I have a feeling m42duster and Lil'Yeshua have a different thinking behind the posting of the word "Mercy!" :redface:
I did jump on that one and yes I know he meant different but mercy's a good thing. It's not my job to convince others. That's someone else's job.
Concerning socialized healthcare(Obamacare),I'm not so much as going after the person themselves but going after the movement.

Without "Socialist" agencies like the EPA created by Richard Nixon, this country would be as deeply toxic as China. Chinese companies just dump all their waste into their surface waters....did you know that there are no surface bodies of water in China that one can drink from without getting seriously ill? Government regulations were created because billionaires and their companies can not be trusted to do the right thing.
This world is on it's way out and it is just a question of when.
On the Healthcare issue, Republicans have been kicking the can down the road and the Democrats actually wanted to give it a try.
Our entire Government has been infiltrated by treasonous corrupt scumbags who only care about reelection, so they can buy a new 4th vacation home.
I only know bits and pieces of the Obamacare plan, but at least someone's is trying something.
I disagree with the Democrats on most issues, especially immigration, but at least they are trying something.

From what I've read up on,the good Repulicans have presented their version of the plan on the negotiating table but it's been the Democrats that have dragged their feet,stonewalled,and waited until the nation is in a supposed crisis time after time in order to push the their plan forward.

THe Teaparty tried to gut the best parts out of the plan, good for the democrats and president to refuse, it is already a law no need to fall for low life tricks of the rightwing.
That cost them considerable voters too, the republicans and teaparty heve never been lower in the polls as now, and when the ACA rolls out further that will only get worse when people realise they get cheaper affordable healthcare without the risk of getting financially bust if they get ill.

course you are reading the stories from liberal controlled media.. the lib controlled media will never go against fuhrer obama.
read what real people are saying comments ect ect. its not going down. hell someone I know lost the insurance they had for $210 per month w/ 500 out of pocket cause of obummercare. now they will have to pay 495 per month with 10k out of pocket that sure as hell ain't cheap.
not to even get into the huge loss of FT jobs cause of this crap.
