Hi James, welcome to WWDX. I still have the Sonar and its still going strong. I don't plan on letting it go any time soon, its a keeper for sure. Maybe check the Friends of Sonar Face book group, I don't see the 2340 come up on eBay very often. Good luck with your search, maybe someone else here knows of one.

These look very nice, I am looking for 40 channel version the FS-2340. Most of my locals are on higher channels.

Very early on in my radio endeavors I had a fs-2340, it was a good radio and I had a lot of fun with it.
Paired up with a Pal 351BDX it talked all over the country.
Man that was a long time ago.

I had a fs 23 with a siltronix 90 vfo and ran a jb 150 into a 10 tube D&A Phantom with a set of stacked wilson V quads talked all over the place lol.
