T-match circuits are typically used for antenna systems that have a wide range of reactances/impedances. Why do you want to use it on the input of an amp? I use a common pi-network matcher on my untuned amp. Works great.

yeah i can use a couple of trimmer caps. just i seen a few using the 2 inductors and1 tuning capacitor and wanted to try it. trying to save a few dollars in parts.

I thought that T-network were primarily High Pass Filter; shows you what I know....

Electrically, in your application, the "T-Match" is a paralled tuned circuit that will be fed with a Capacitor that is tapped somewhere down the coil.

Stick with the tried and trusted Pi-network.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
