Well, Ranch55 stupid me ! I found out what I had wrong I wasn't really thinking and I have seen them this way before and I saw the term "stacked" in the parts list just like they had with the 2 resistors on the output combiner and I had these stacked which doubled the value amp seems all good now will check for tuning

I was gonna say that 2400pf was quite a lot of capacitance on the output transformers.
