The Cubs and Indians were two of the most hapless MLB teams in history and it was nice to see one of them win. I am not going to go crazy rooting for players who make millions of dollars a year playing a game.

I never had Cabrito before and one place I worked in San Antonio, TX had delivered on a big contract early and got a bonus from the customer. The following Friday was a company celebration. They supplied the freshly slaughtered goat(Killed on the premises) and it was my job to cook it to perfection. Some really good eating that day. Home made tortillias, pico de gallo, refried beans and Spanish rice and more that I can't remember.

Out tradition is the same, freshly slaughtered on the premises, It cannot get fresher than that!
Great eating, a gyro platter made with lamb & tzatziki sauce is amazing (worth a try) and can be found at different sub shops/ Greek restaurants around the US.
