Yes, sideband would help it sell more units for sure. Crappy mic, but the cord is a good replacement on a real mic. Presumably it can take an electret mic?
On another thread I said it's a child of the Stryker 665 and 447hpc2. Whatever I guess....
I'm sure this is a cool little radio being it's a 447hpc2 clone but the reviews on the site make it a little sus if you ask me.
Almost every review names the exact model of the radio and some even talk about it's ssb capabilities while it isn't capable.
I smell something funny. Just saying....
