The old FCC issued cb call signs

Just before the 4 letter call signs. Water stains and all. Limited to 5 transmitters. I could hardly afford one back then, as a PFC US Army.

The FCC Database for CB Radio was Destroyed many years ago & from what I was told by a friend who worked for the FCC at the time there was a Fire & they did not have backup systems back then just paperwork & it was all lost.My old CB Call Sign was KBUH0261 when I got it & I don't remember my dads which was issued long before mine when I was just a kid.

I lost mine many decades ago. But, I'll bet it's here in a drawer somewhere!

  • @ Deon:
Good day, I have an Icom IC910H radio. I want to program a memory with split frequency tone on TX only and NO tone on RX,. Is this possible to do from the face of the radio? I don't have the interface to connect to a computer.
  • @ crappykraco:
@Deon very unlikely to get a response here. You are better off starting a thread on the topic.
