My son is in the military, and over the past 18 years as served in many parts of the world, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Bahrain, plus 8 other deployments.

For me, as a parent, the worst years of my life were during his middle east deployments. I'm extremely proud of him and hopefully will be seeing him and his family soon. He just returned from a deployment in Guam.
