It is unlikely that you will be able to wire the microphone to a four pin without fairly in depth modification internally. Also, the element (may be a carbon type) would most likely have to be run through a hi-z to Lo-z converter (transformer) to get any real output from the mic. That is if the element is in working order at all. I have a mic very similar. I am thinking of trying to retro fit it to be able to use newer guts including a different switch. I just have to see if I even have anything that might work, or even fit!
