I just bought a uniden président grant cb IT s 24 watts ssb and as been modified for high and low fréquencies if i want to plug it on a rm italy kl 203 p amp how many watts are needed for input

It's more important to set the radio for best carrier coming out of the amplifier. Never mind the exact carrier power on the radio, keep your eye on what power comes OUT of the amplifier, and stay below the danger level. The 15 to 20 Watt advice offered above sounds about right to me.
