I love my starduster, I have the sirio version on the corner of my garage. I use it with my cobra 18 with a 203 to keep in touch with the guys when I am out working on the mowers and cars. This is a good deal for the original, the hub looks really strong. Looks stronger than the workman or the sirio version. If I didn't already have one, I would get this.

I have an original new old stock Antenna Specialists Starduster that really performs well for me. This antenna suffered a nasty fall a couple years ago and has been in its box until I recently decided I was tired of the dipole on the roof. Two of its radials snapped off cleanly at the hub. I was able to drill them out and use steel threaded studs to screw them back on and secured the whole thing with a giant glob of Duck tape. I'm using a Cobra 29 GTL with an Astatic D104. 35 feet up. Works Great! Awesome ground plane! 1.2-1 SWR.20210305_115851.jpg 20210305_174954.jpg
