Berrrrrrrrrrrrr Thats cold!!! Its benn about 9 here every morning for the last week :? The wind chill has varied but I have to say walking in the morning realy sucks!!!!! :x
Cheech, I was born and raised in Ohio (70 miles NE of Cincinnati, little town called Greenfield) so I know those Ohio winters all too well. The four years I've been in Tennessee, the coldest that it's been has been is around 17.....yet to see any - temps 
I also remember the blizzard of 78, what a mess. It's 33 here at this time, warm compaired to 9.
