What Icom or other rig is this?

Rooster in tennesee has whatever this is and I have equipment envy.
However I can't seen to figure out what model this is. I THINK it's an Icom but I don't know that it is.

I dont understand your question of my question. I thought the title adequately conveyed what I was asking? I *just* wanted to know what model this radio was/is.

I'm just not sure what exact model it is.
the lights on top appear different to my eyes. Maybe it's the 7600?

Yes I'm out of my element on ham gear. I'm clueless just trying to match hf transceiver with appearance ... and you're right.... roosters buttons appear almost like rci 2950 original model yellow/clear ... or are they chrome plastic the lighting sucks on the pic.
