Yaesu FT-100D software fubar

I bought the programming cable and software for my Yaesu FT-100D Shack-in-the-box radio, from Walmart. While the cable is correct, the software does not list any Yaesu software. Unless there is a generic software I'm not familiar with, I'm pretty sure I got taken to the cleaners.
The software listed is:
A8CPS
Baofeng
HYT
Kenwood
Motorola
SMP
Vertex Standard
I've opened up the menus on each and all is in Chinese.
Any ideas?

I had the FT 100 no software for that one i thin the 100 D also has no software to update i nor memory changes can be done by computer.
There is no memory management software as the FT100 (D)does not have the
capability of having its memories managed. For some unknown reason, Yaesu
didn't add this feature.

One of Yaesu's first small HF mobiles - DOES NOT have programmable capabilities.

FT-100/FT100D/ FTM100D...how many more will they have this similar?
