Yagi beam reflector.

So ok, the back reflector on my maco 5 element broke in half and now i have a half of a reflector. So performance wise, what am i to expect? I am getting it fixed soon though. Just curious that's all.

there have been people that have built yagi's with only directors and no reflector at all. Claimed to be slightly less effective.

By itself, the yagi reflector adds more gain and front-to-back than successive directors will each add.

Have no experience with "director only" yagis.

Odds are the beam's pattern is a bit wockerjawed. Don't know just how you'd predict it.
