I just received radio back all smashed in the box. What can we do, I'm not someone that gives up. And I know what you mean by the way he spells. Something isn't right!

Go to your local Postmaster and file a Claim for Fraud, And see what they say.

This guy got me to. He bought a amplifier ( not working sold as is for for parts ) a week later I get a email that it was damaged in shipping and he wanted part of his money refunded. He's a real piece of sheet

Inform PayPal that the box you received back from the buyer is not the item you originally sold. Then stop by your local police department and have an officer fill out a report for you. Take the police report and photos of the junk in the box and send them to PayPal. Upon receiving your supporting documents they will give you your money back.

Happened to me with a different buyer. Once PayPal sees you went to the lengths to get a police report they just refund you.

Just spoke to Ebay and I had them look him up on Google with me. She could not beleive everything she was reading..... OK, she said what we can do is if as many of us can take the time and call Ebay and complain about him the better. Maybe if we can do this together we can finally put a stop to him for all the people that has been screwed!!!
Its not only the money but more so that he is doing this to all the nice people that don't deserve it!!!!! Lets put an end to it.... or atleast try to.

Glad I decided to check this forum out again. I was getting ready to order a radio from radio-mart, Ham Radio equipment, amateur, Ham Radio, used radio, Used Radio equipment, Radio, QRZ,Yaesu, Kenwood, Icom, ARRL,TYT, LDG, Heil. BTW way he has one complaint with the BBB and has a "A+" rating.

He burned me once. Filed PayPal claim and won all but return shipping (4 yrs ago). He put $20 bucks in my PayPal account and sent me a feedback revision about two monthes later. I denied his paymet and left the neg feeedback intact.

Iv purchased a few items from there no problems. Is he still scamming ? A local bought a kenwood from him with no problem.

I found this thread too late. While in a panic, I was searching for information on this Chris guy. I stumbled on this thread and immediately felt compelled to post something. This thread must be kept alive, it is very important.

I sold my GE Superbase to superhawkwss6 after he contacted me through Ebay. He told me that I could avoid paypal fees by selling to him direct. I am not an avid Ebay person, so I agreed to do so since payment was by paypal. Upon receiving the radio (which was in beautiful cosmetic and working condition), Chris opened a paypal dispute against me. Approximately 20 days later, I received a package from him and a letter that he was returning the radio to me. Inside of the box was an old Midland radio that had been gutted for parts, and NOT the radio he purchased from me.

The payment was stripped out of my account by paypal and the matter was closed. PLEASE be aware that this guy is no good. I am saddened to hear that there are others like me out there. My complaints to Ebay and Paypal have gone nowhere. Please use caution when dealing with this guy.
