tiny Superstar AM export?

If you have the radio, post pictures of the inside, might be a pin jumper like the mini magnun or other exports.

Haven't bought the rig because I need to know if I can mod it myself or if it requires soldering jumpers and such. I can't solder to save my life! Was hoping someone had already pulled the trigger on one of these and done the mod themself.

Just received a SS3 for my FJ. I had heard the frequency range was from 25.615 - 28.305, but the manual states it 28.015 - 28.465.

Is there a mod that has to be done to open it up? Really wanted 10, 11 with freeband. It included a small jumper but no mention of it. I see on the lower left of the board a 1234 where the jumper could connect 1 and 2...

Also got a small cheap amp to go along with it. Now Just need to figure out an antenna. Already have a 11 meter firestick 4' should I get the 10 meter?

Same here, Kelley. I have not found ANY info on this rig other than a few people are selling them.

The 203 and 4' Firestik should work pretty well for you with that rig though.

I agree with m42duster.... fiddle with the jumpers and see what you get. Easily done if you have a frequency counter, a little more time consuming and difficult if you have to use another rig, or friend's rig that covers those frequencies.
