Young Sheldon’s fake PA system

While watching football today I noticed this advertisement was promoting Young Sheldon’s start of season 3. Double take…What the heck! Did I just see a President Madison with a Turner +3 used as the school’s PA system? Notice the mic isn’t plugged in, and the take with the xylophone tones was obviously stolen from Grease. LOL Come on guys...you can do better than this!

Seen that also LMAO! Love to raid that prop room from that show and most certainly "The Big Band Theory"
Seen some very interesting things over that 12 years that show was on sitting on shelves etc..

I don't remember the show but one of my favourites was the Hammurlund HQ-140 receiver with a microphone plugged into the headphone jack. It was supposed to be a transceiver but the HQ-140 is ONLY a receiver.

Reminds me of my cousin , after all these years now I know he wasn't " All There " He use to ride around w & Big Old School Regency Scanner mounted over head in the cab w/ a Mic screwed in the back where the coax went so people would think he was on the Fire Department ! Almost ashamed to say we were related !

You can’t forget the Andy Griffith show with the classic Eico 720 (Nice old novice CW TX) deception. A mic was sometimes seen plugged into the key jack. An Eico 760K CB unit was seen sitting on top. In later episodes they replaced the units with a legitimate Motorola Consolette of that time period. The producers must have succumbed to viewer’s pressure in making that correction.

Maybe the lights are burned out? I think I see the PA button pushed in. The mic cord goes into the back of the radio because the PA is direct injected. Haha

I have to say , I'm one of those that spends most his time while watching a show to see what's correct in the back ground ! My wife also thinks there is something wrong w/ me ! But it does keep " Us " amused doesn't it ? Glad I'm not the Lone Ranger ! My big thing is if I see a clock ... I have to see what time they " Supposedly " filmed it !

So did anyone else notice the President Madison with matching speaker on the network promo for Young Sheldon?

I guess it could also be the AM base version called the Dwight D but the fuzzy text under the channel knob appears to be Madison and not Dwight D.

The mike something like a Turner Plus 3?
