I had a Doc appt. 30 miles away (Katy Tx) and no DX 
On the bright side, I talked to 327, in Katy who was on his way home, just like when I first talked to him in August. Since then he's gotten his amateur license, and like me still uses CB in the car

Pretty good DX going on here today. Actually had a channel 16 LSB conversation with 267 Kenny In Long Island, NY. Usually AM traffic on 16 when DX is rolling but not at that time.
DOH! I keep forgetting to check 16 when there's dx.... I just went outside and put a note on my visor to remind me about it in the future.
I'm changing my call name from Recon 81 to New York 81. Recon is my dog's name and he goes crazy when he is close to my desk and the radio and he can hear his name. He looks at me waiting for a command....ha! ha! ha!
Don't forget Superman and Double Trouble.
Those guys are so loud that I'm surprised they don't bust-in on my Sirius radio in my truck. (lol...lol)
Had a nice QSO with 585 in Canada on 38 LSB , In His Red , also told me he's a forum member . Got bored too many AM contacts on 21 , so I went & played in The Bowl . Mother Nature is good in RI today .
Maybe I'm missing something but very seldom I hear those guys having a conversation with someone. They go on and on and no one can get a break.I don't think they ever sleep
