Remove r417 and check q404 output voltage again. If still 0.8V than transistor is not working.
If voltage raise, it seems to be shortcut on r417 0v side.

Hello, I disconnected the connection in between Q404 and R417. The result is: that the side of the transistor now voltage is 3.1V instead of 0,8V. I checked R417 which is similar to R415 and give the same Ohm measure. On the other hand even is voltage passes thrue R415, that line should have 5R9V.Regards

I measure at the end of R417 and there is continuity. Very low resistance. It seems like when it is all connected, the voltage drops Check the pic.
