    Galaxy 95T2 direct inject

    What capacitor is the direct inject point on a 690010D Galaxy 95T2 board? I did the audio cap mods, bypassed the echo board but the direct inject is the only thing I can't find. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance...

    Found it!!! Same mod as the 600S. Remove diodes 202 and 203 on the cpu board. You can find it and pics on DX engineering web site. Works just fine.

    I read through this thread and did not see it but, CBtricks now has a section for the 86V that has the usual alignment locations and specs. Also the conversion and 10kc and hi-cut mods. FYI....

    Has anyone tried the 1N6263 diodes for the receive upgrade to the DX86V yet? Haven't seen anything about them on this radio. Would they be the same as the 900 series Galaxy board? Thanks....
