hi guys, i have both the long and the "newer" short case 5555n2 radios. I dont use either much and feel i need to let one go. Any thoughts or if its a no brainer to keep the short version opposed to the bit older and og long case n2? Both maybe have 4-5hrs of use. Not sure if the finals or...

I Bought a hs4 and overall happy with it. I am a 5555n2 fan and owner along with a og 6666 and the 6666 pro. I have to say as great as the anytones are imo, i vibe more to the control layout of the hs4 over the n2's and 6666s. User pref i guess :)

Can anyone comfirm which anytone software will work on my retevis hs4 ? They are apparently updating their site and the software from them is not available for now. I grabbed the file at_5555_Setup_7.01 from anytone site but have not yet tried. I guess shouldnt hurt to try :)

Yep confirmed BC. Not looking to access service menu. I have a message to retevis asking as well but no reply so far.

Have not connected a pc to it yet. Not interested in service menu. Just regular channel programming / options
