Ya it's legal but - they are excluding Generals from being able to make contacts with them artificially shortening their potential scores. I don't get it.

It's higher but still in the negligible range - correct with tuner just for fun. Works fine. Also use tuner to have it work on 12 and even 15 meters. Works really good.

There's a local who has a Bulldog. Impressive looking meter for sure. A Working Original. Don't know if he got it calibrated but it needed a calibration - the different watt level settings didn't match .... but once doing that would be an awesome meter for sure. Would love to have it over here.
Thank You Frank. Actually ..... I'm not going to spend any money on this radio. May sell as is or keep running as is until more goes wrong with it and then could disconnect the amp and retune as run as a 2950 and put a separate amp behind it.

Hey Nomad, took another closer look and damn if one of the 5W resistors next to the pill sets isn't blown. Doesn't test in-circuit but middle band is faded out, bulged in the middle a bit and can see a crack. Should be same as opposite resistor which looks perfect - and is brown-green-brown...
