DX2517 EDP690010Z Low RF Power First Time Posting. Really need some HELP,INPUT

I have to agree, the Mitsubishi logo doesn't look correct on that 2312, it looks like some fakes I got some time ago that were branded Fairchild, they were worthless.
I filed a claim and got my money refunded and the Chinese vendor on flea bay didn't want them back.
They were listed as Mitsubishi, but obviously fake with a Fairchild logo when I opened the package.

Why would RF parts rebrand the Motorola transistor as a Mitsubishi?
They plainly state on the site that it's a sub for the 2312/1969 with lower gain and only 12 watts output, lower than both the 1969/2312

See attached data sheet.

Interesting, can't trust anyone it seems

I highly doubt, those fakes came from RF Parts, like not a chance. I buy from RF Parts, because I KNOW, I won't be getting fakes. I won't buy from ePay, Scamazon, Aliscamma etc. If it comes from China, 99.99999% sure it is fake.

The 2312 in the pic is not a Mitsubishi product. The driver to its left is. The difference is the width. Mitsubishi made the 2166, 1969 and 2312 9 mm wide. The width for most TO-220 transistor that look like those is 10 mm. A transistor with those numbers that is 10 mm wide is either a HuaGao or Eleflow copy, or a fake if the Mitsubishi three diamonds logo is on it. A legit part with the 3 diamonds will be 9mm wide, not 10.

Here is the web site for Hua Gao the "HG" folks. It's in chinese, so you'll need to click the 'english' button to read it. https://www.hgsemi.com/

Nothing there about buying. Like going to the Ford factory to buy an Escort. They only sell to dealers. The only trustworthy source I know besides RF Parts is ICA Manufacturing. https://www.icamanufacturing.com/

And RF Parts doesn't sell ringers https://www.rfparts.com

I offered him some tested (in a radio) CB-20W's. Apparently, Zelle is not in his vocabulary, but he didn't bother to respond.
