I'm a little late to the game on this thread, but I think the quality, or at least the reliability, has improved with the 2025 models. I have a couple of these, and they are hard to beat, especially for <$30 USD to your door.

Just picked up one of these on FB Marketplace. A channel mod was already done with a dpdt switch, center off. Got is super cheap because someone had try to pry the right side of the metal faceplate off. I have glued it back in place and the glue is curing. I will post pics after I put it back...
